Assessor Bee's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where Assessor Bee uses artificial intelligence services to provide its user-facing assessment functionality, Google Workspace user data is not used to train or improve generalised or foundational AI/ML models. Assessor Bee uses the OpenAI API to process information only as necessary to provide the requested assessment functionality. OpenAI API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models. Assessor Bee does not enable such data sharing for any user data.
